This is my first attempt at "painting by numbers" and decided to purchase this 48 colour painting kit from Number Artist as I liked the calm theme and overall colour.
I purchased my canvas ready mounted and was very happy with the quality of the canvas. All the paints needed were there, good quality and plenty to cover the areas required. The number removing pen was useful.
The paint brushes were ok but could be better quality.
Delivery took over 2 weeks which was quite a long wait after deciding on my canvas.
Overall I am very happy with my purchase and the finished item. I did decide to paint a few very light areas in the sea a slightly darker tone and personally feel that the lower right area is a little heavy (dark). The reflection of the yacht is lovely.
Overall the finished colours are lighter than those on the website but still very nice.
This was my fourth painting. It was not my best and not my favorite but very nice. I would recommend going with the most colors for this one as I cannot see the people in the boat. I’m looking forward to my next one.
Perhaps I picked a bit more advanced painting for my first endeavor… it was a little harder and took longer than I expected… but I enjoyed the process and think the end product was a reasonable first effort.
I ordered some special brushes that really helped.
Relaxing past time . The paints were of good quality. The standard Paint brushes were ok the upgraded brushes a little better to handle but the brushes hairs were the same .
There is a missed opportunity with the shipping box . The company could easily make it into a temporary painting easel with just a few modifications.
Ran out of paint on a few colors. Most colors needed a drop of water mixed in because they were sticky. Wish the photo was a bit larger to help in determining the final product. It’s the second painting I’ve done and the first from your company. Overall I am pleased with the material and the outcome.

We are still working on our masterpiece, but I want to add that their customer service department was wonderful! I found their product a bit pricey, but we received a superior product backed by real people who care. Thank you! 🩷
It was like Christmas when I opened my package. Now I am within days of cleaning up outside (with four gardens to cut down and bring things from outside). This was a gift to myself for when I finish outside.
