Affiliate Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern participation in the Number Artist Affiliate Program (“Program”). By joining, you agree to comply fully. Violation of any rule may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

1. Program Eligibility

• You must provide accurate and complete registration details.
• Creating multiple accounts to bypass restrictions or for fraudulent purposes is prohibited.

2. Permitted Promotion Methods

You may promote Number Artist organically, such as:

• Personal blogs or websites
• Social media posts
• Email newsletters to opted-in subscribers
• Content-based promotion (reviews, tutorials, etc.)

3. Prohibited Promotion Methods

The following activities are strictly forbidden:

3.1 Paid Advertising of Any Kind

• NO Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, or any paid ad platform.
• NO bidding on Number Artist brand terms, misspellings, or related keywords.
• NO media buys, pop-ups, pop-unders, or forced-click placements.

3.2 Brand Hijacking & Direct Linking

• Do NOT create ads pretending to be Number Artist.
• Do NOT direct-link your affiliate ID to our site.
• NO cloaking, masking, or redirecting traffic to hide the true destination.

3.3 Coupon & Deal Abuse

• Do NOT promote unapproved coupon codes.
• NO fake “exclusive deals” or misleading discounts.

3.4 Trademark & Branding Violations

• Do NOT use our logos, trademarks, or brand name in domains, ad copy, or social profiles without explicit written permission.

3.5 Fraudulent or Misleading Practices

• NO fake leads, self-referrals, incentivized clicks, or bot traffic.

4. Traffic Quality & Monitoring

• We reserve the right to audit affiliate traffic for compliance.
• We may reverse any commissions generated from prohibited methods.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion if we detect suspicious activity.

5. Commission Payments

• Only legitimate, organic referrals that result in valid purchases qualify for commission.
• Sales from prohibited traffic sources are voided.

6. Termination & Forfeiture

• If you break these rules, your account will be immediately terminated.
• All unpaid commissions will be forfeited.
• Repeat offenders will be permanently banned.

7. Changes to Terms

Number Artist may update these Terms at any time. It’s your responsibility to review them regularly. Continued participation equals acceptance of changes.

Zero-Tolerance Policy on Paid Ads

To be 100% clear:

• We do NOT tolerate the use of any paid ads to generate commissions.
• If we detect paid search, brand bidding, or any form of paid promotion, your account will be terminated and all commissions withheld.
