Shipping policy
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Each order is manually adjusted and inspected for quality before being shipped. Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed. Please keep in mind that we do not ship on weekends.
Important: Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Estimated delivery times below are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, peak season volume, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number you can use to monitor your package's status.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to become active and update after shipment.

Please double-check that all of the delivery information provided is accurate. If any information is missing or incorrect, we may need to reach out to you for updates which could cause delays in the delivery of your order.
Additionally, customs clearance can also cause delays in the estimated delivery time. Your local customs office may require additional documents and additional time to clear your package before it can be delivered. Your order may be delivered by either your local post office or a local courier service. Depending on your location, most orders will be delivered by your local postal service and will be received with your regular mail. If you are not available to receive the delivery, a notice card may be left by the postal service with instructions on how and where to collect your package.
Our main fulfillment center is in the United States. However, if an item is unavailable in our U.S. facility, we may ship your order from one of our international fulfillment locations (including Hong Kong) to avoid delays. Delivery times may vary when orders are processed from a different warehouse.
In rare cases, customs may impose extra tariffs due to updated regulations. If this happens, simply contact us via email within 7 days and include proof of payment (receipt), and we will review and reimburse eligible tariff fees where applicable.
Please review the estimated delivery times at checkout, as they may change depending on your location and unexpected delays.
Cut-Off Time
Our daily order processing cut-off time is 5 PM Eastern Time. Any orders received after this time will be processed the next business day, ensuring your art supplies are on their way to you as swiftly as possible.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
To keep things simple and secure, we can send shipments to one address per order. If you wish to inspire artists at different addresses, please place individual orders for each location.
PO Boxes & Military APO/FPO Addresses
Art knows no bounds, and neither do we. We ship to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Do keep in mind that shipments to these addresses may take a little longer due to the extra steps in the delivery process.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your shipment appears delayed or your tracking has not updated for an extended period, please contact us and we will assist.

Lost in transit: If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will offer a replacement or refund.\n- Delivered but not received: If tracking shows “delivered,” please check with household members/neighbors and contact the carrier. We will help you with the investigation process.
