The first one that was sent had some problems but the company shipped out a whole new canvas and paint which is turning out so amazing. I am thrilled. This is just the greatest company.just realize that it is only partially done!.

I have done at least 12 of these kinds of paintings. I originally used another company (Miicreative, but they had terrible customer service) but I moved to this one and have been very happy with their product and their service. I love this process. So calming and satisfying and they make wonderful gifts!
I haven’t painted in years. I appreciated the canvas having some color coding along with numbers. Some of the paints were very thick so used up quickly. I notified the company and they sent me replacements.
I paint with the TV in the background. I enjoy doing the photo reproductions particularly the faces. I am not trying to do a portrait but I want to get the features as close as possible.
I ordered three custom paint-by-numbers kits using photos of my kids, and overall I was very happy with the results. The pictures turned out great, and the final paintings looked very close to the original photos. The canvases were clearly marked, and I was pleased that there were no missing numbers or confusing sections, which made the painting process much smoother. The quality was good, and it was a fun and meaningful project to complete. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that there is still a little room for improvement in the detail and color matching. That said, I would definitely order from this company again and would recommend them to anyone looking for personalized paint-by-numbers kits.
I was a little nervous about doing a custom painting. It turned out really well. I take nature pictures here and there and this was a perfect way to paint it out as a gift. The quality of the paint was what really made me happy. This was the first number kit I've received where the paint was thick, glided easily, and actually covered the numbers fully. It came with a number cover pen but I ended up not needing it because the paint was good enough on its own. Overall, I'm impressed and will be ordering again soon.

Sent in an image from the recent Artemis II moon loop for this painting, and was not disappointed in the colors and composition.
There were a couple of spaces on each canvas that didn’t have numbers so I just had to guess. But I’m happy with the way they turned out!
I like number artist. The paints cover well and the custom ones I’ve done all turn out great.
This was fun & it’s going to be a gift. I paid for the higher quality, more detailed print and it definitely took me a long time. It looks very similar to the photo. The only reason I’m really giving this 4/5 stars is because some of the areas weren’t labeled and it wasn’t clear from the cheat sheet either. Additionally, about 1/3 of my colors were only used for a couple strokes here and there. Meaning the first 2/3 of my colors really made up the bulk of what was used.

Painted this for my co worker’s cats. It’s very challenging with lots of details and I totally enjoyed it. Only complaint was that some of the numbers did not get separated well and causing some confusion but customer service support was very quick to response.

Sent in a photo of my friend’s dog that passed away in 2025. Some of the colors and shades were off and were more red-tones than the peach and blues were in real life. I color-corrected a bit to compensate for the discrepancy. Good painting overall.

I just started this one a week of so ago. I have used the white out pen on two numbers, and it works great. The custom painting is of my neighbors, and I intend to give it to them as a gift for all their kindness and giving. I really like Number Artist; it is one of the best. Another PBN called Masterpiece by Number apparently went bankrupt and closed leaving a lot of the regular customers distraught. I have posted on their site that I thought they would really like your company. Hopefully you get a lot of them coming to you.
This is a very special painting. My mum passed away in September 26. She was 87. My dad’s turning 90 this year and he misses her terribly. I ordered from a different company and what they sent me was awful the colours were way off. Number artist assured me they would do there utmost to honour my mums memory and I can honestly say they have done such a fantastic job. The colours are fantastic. I have since given it to my dad and he’s over the moon to have her next to him, once again. I definitely recommend NA. Thank you thank you thank you. 🙏🙏
