I received this paint-by-numbers kit as a gift, and I absolutely loved the experience from start to finish. It felt really satisfying to watch the image come together one section at a time. One tip that made a big difference for me: lightly wet your brush before dipping it into the paint. This helps prevent clumping and allows for much smoother, more even coverage. It made the whole process easier and gave a more polished finish. Overall, this was a thoughtful gift and such a fun, calming activity. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a creative hobby or a unique gift idea.

Such a relaxing hobby loving it
First time attempting a paint by numbers since I was about 10 years old ( 69 yrs old now!), good fun experimenting with different size brushes and position of the canvass whilst painting. I had the canvass transferred omto a hard cardboard backing at an art shop before starting and this definitely helped. The other 2 photos of when we visited Emerald Lake in Canada in 2019, walked around the lake, fortunately no sign of Black Bears when we were there!
It was overwhelming at first glance but once I sat down to paint it went by quickly! Very fun!
Turned out like the picture
New hobby unlocked! It felt so peaceful and like meditation. And a great decoration piece for our house.
Absolutely loved the Emerald Lake kit. I'm not the greatest painter, so I tried to pick a painting that didn't have lots of very tiny pieces to fill in. I love the style that was used to create this image of the bears in the lake with the mountains standing behind them. Also, with other paint by numbers kits, I've disliked the paint quality- it can be too thin and transparent. The paint quality was actually good here and I only had to go back over the lightest colors to hide the numbers. When I finished and stood back to take a look, I couldn't believe how cute it turned out! My sister saw it and asked if she could hang it in my nephew's nursery! I will definitely be purchasing from them again.

I ran out of 3 colors before I finished. So I had to substitute other colors.
I ordered three different scenes to do with my daughters. One came with the free brushes. Is this is set per order or one. Set with each as I only got one set of brushes? We will be starting painting soon. I ordered them in preparation of celebrating my anniversary which is today. We don’t celebrate Christmas so we do Love Day for the anniversary and exchange gifts. Can’t wait to start painting. Thank you…….
